Monthly Subscriptions

SellerRoot subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

New Customers

If you believe SellerRoot is not a fit for your business, contact us within 30 days of your initial subscription. Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us and we will investigate promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected.
